I live in Sun City and was in need of a plumber but not in an emergency situation. I tried calling a couple but Benjamin Franklin Plumbing was great. They responded quickly after my call and sent Adam to review my request. He gave me some great ideas and sent me an estimate so we could move forward. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. i definitely will be using them for my service needs.

Travis Is a very professional and knowledgeable plumber. It is a pleasure to know him and we look forward to seeing him as needed in the future. We are now a new customer and I can't think of a better way to make money than by having customers. JohnL

Benjamin Franklin Plumbing's service is top notch! I placed a request online. Someone called me within minutes {after 8PM} I might add. They scheduled the appointment for the next morning. The service technician called, said he was on the way. He was there when I arrived home, waiting for me. They took care of my issue. I would TOTALLY recommend them and use them again should I need a plumber.
